- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use insurance carrier pricing systems so that we match their in-house estimating requirements. We use Xactimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We evaluate the home and provide an estimate. If within budget, then we discuss the work that will be performed in detail with the customer to eliminate unknown surprises. Once everyone is comfortable with the work plan we schedule and execute the work professionally, proficiently and as quickly as possible to eliminate any further stress on our customer. We understand that property damage can be a Nerve-Racking experience and we are here to help you through any situation with understanding and a sense of purpose.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I am required to keep up with my certifications including: FSRT, WRT, AMRT, EPA RRP and will be adding more soon.
