1st of all, Richardo was flexible with my last minute schedule change, and was able to start the job earlier than planned. He was professional and kept me appraised of his travel time, and showed up on time! I appreciated that he took the time to problem solve when we ran into difficulty to find the correct software compatible with my MacBook Air laptop. Besides completing the Set-Up of my new Canon Printer, he also took the time to run some tests to ensure that the Printing, Scanning, and Document Feeding mechanisms were all working smoothly, and ensured that I knew how to use all functions independently. Ricardo was patient and responsive to all my questions, and remained persistent to searching out new information and options to completing this job to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend Richardo to my colleagues, family, and friends for their Electronics and Office Equipment needs.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ricardo. I'm a small business owner in Marin County (Hot Yoga Republic). We need high quality printing for important signs in the studio...and fun ones too! :-) My brand new HP Printer was not being 'discovered' by my computer. I had worked on it for a week. Ricardo arrived on time, professional, calm, perfectly put together. Not only did he put his expertise to work, but he also helped with the extremely tedious and time consuming calls to Xfinity AND HP. We got my snazzy new printer to work, and no matter how frustrating it was, Ricardo calmly and with no stress helped me make it all work. I’m so grateful that I Ricardo came over within a day of reaching out to set up my HP printer. It was not connecting to Wi-Fi and he troubleshooted it and figured it out and that’s great. Now my printer is working just fine. He also has set up the ink. All in all he was there for an hour he charged me $110 and I gave him a tip. Thank you!
