Sarah is an amazing instructor. She has a very professional way to correct you when you need adjustments to doing an exercise. She actually does the entire workout with you. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Standard rate is $75/session. Sessions are purchased in packages based on how many days per week we are working together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I run through a free consultation to go through a medical questionnaire, physical assessments and discuss fitness goals. From there we do a free trial of a workout to see if it's a good match.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have received my BFA in Dance Performance and BS in Kinesiology. I'm a certified Personal Trainer with a Corrective Exercise and Nutrition Specialization from the leading company in the fitness world, National Academy of Sports Medicine. I am Pilates Mat I/II certified. I am also First Aid/CPR/AED certified.
