Joe is absolutely amazing to work with, I cannot possibly give him enough praise in this single review. IT is something many of us business owners put on the back burner, it's not at the forefront of our minds until something catastrophic strikes, your vital day to day processes aren't working, your email account is held for ransom or you find out the hard way the you thought your data was being backed up.Joe is incredibly knowledgeable, yet a kind and funny individual who can explain IT in plain English to the rest of us. We rely on Joe for cyber security and all of our IT needs. He ran cable through the entire office, set us up on a new server, has two back up systems installed and is always available when Microsoft wants to try to force an update and we inevitable email issues.Joe is always just a phone call away, if he doesn't answer he calls back shortly to log in remotely and fix the issue. If remote won't suffice, he does not hesitate to come down to the office. I just called him on Saturday right now and Joe is leaving his men's retreat and is coming to my office to help me unlock an email address (user error on my end) so I can continue to work today. He is absolutely amazing and such a blessing in our lives. He also pops in each month with treats for our office and is a pleasure to work with.I recommend Joe to everyone, he is truly one of a kind and you will not be disappointed.

My office recently moved, and I called Joseph in a panic when I realized that I needed some cables installed immediately. Joseph and his team were out immediately and gave me an incredibly reasonable quote and were able to start and complete the job in the same day! I was very impressed with the quality of work that he and his team performed. I would definitely hire them again, if the need arose.

Joe of NetWiz is absolutely amazing to work with, amazing customer service. We went with a monthly contract and he is only a phone call away. If Joe isn't available then his team answers and remotely log in to fix any issues. I have called Joe on the weekends and evenings when I need help with someone and he has never let me down. I have had multiple IT companies prior to working with Joe, but NetWiz Computers will be the last.
