First things first: if you're considering new siding or an exterior makeover, hire Blooming Siding. From start to finish, they exceeded every expectation.About six months ago, my wife and I decided to replace the exterior of our Studio City home with James Hardie fiber cement siding instead of stucco. We narrowed our search to two companies: Blooming Siding and one of the largest, most well-known James Hardie contractors in Southern California.Jason from Blooming Siding arrived right on time and immediately impressed us. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and never felt like a salesperson. He explained the benefits of fiber cement, answered every question, provided multiple quote options, and gave us a detailed, itemized estimate with zero pressure.The representative from the larger company was also knowledgeable and professional, but their approach was different. They emphasized that they were the "best" and that their pricing reflected that reputation.When the estimates arrived, Blooming's quote was fair, detailed, and transparent. The competing quote, however, was over $65,000 higher for essentially the same project. Even after removing optional upgrades, their basic installation was still more than $40,000 higher than Blooming's complete proposal.Jason patiently walked us through every line of his estimate, answered countless follow-up questions, and never once pressured us. His honesty and sincerity ultimately earned our trust, and we chose Blooming Siding.It turned out to be one of the best decisions we've ever made.Throughout the six-week preparation period, Jason kept us updated. When work began, we met the crewincluding Jason's father, the owner, whose 40+ years of experience were obvious from day one. Every detail mattered. Every board was carefully measured and cut on site, and nothing was accepted unless it was perfect. Jason's brother Joseph was equally knowledgeable, professional, and always available to answer questions.Partway through the project, we decided to add a covered patio. Blooming worked seamlessly with our contractor to ensure everything matched perfectly. Even our contractor repeatedly commented on the exceptional craftsmanship and professionalism of the Blooming team.The finished result exceeded anything we imagined. Our home looks incredible, and the quality of the work is obvious in every detail.Because we chose Blooming instead of the higher-priced competitor, we saved enough money to add a new patio cover, chimney, fireplace and mantel, attic insulation and fans, additional Ring cameras, and Lifetime Cool-Life exterior coatingand still spent about $22,000 less than the competing company's quote for just the siding and soffits.Blooming Siding delivers outstanding craftsmanship, honest pricing, exceptional communication, and genuinely cares about their customers. This is a late review for a job completed by Blooming Siding in March 2026.The homeowner insurance suggested my house to have Eaves Enclosure and fire proof Vulcan Vent installation. I had Blooming Siding complete the installation in 2 days. Job was well done, price was reasonable. Jason and the crew did not only do an satisfactory job, but their customer service was excellent. Especially Jason who is always courteous and pleasant to deal with.I highly recommend Blooming Siding for any of siding services. Thank you Jason and the team.
