Excellent communication from day one until the end of project with the owner Jason. He was kind enough to accommodate my project requests. Jason made sure that everything went smooth and I appreciated the constant updates thru text in which I requested as I dislike too many calls from other pushy vendors. The installers were very efficient and were able to complete it in 1.5 days. I feel assured that my home will be protected knowing this type of soffit is fire resistance and would bring the value of the home up significantly. Thank you Jason and his team for taking care of my home and for the excellent job. Thank you as well for considering placing a wooden beam by your dad where I can install my govee Iights without compromising the eaves enclosure material. I hope in the future you will consider including painting the James Hardie panel so its onetime and done but I will post the photo here of the painted one :) I do have a great handy man who will do the job for me and excited how finished it will look like

Five stars for Blooming siding! This outfit really delivers. We had our house fire hardened by enclosing the eaves. From beginning to end, this was the smoothest operation I have EVER experienced from any craft or trade group. This is a family-run organization that checks all the boxes: Polite, friendly, very thorough and reasonably priced.They show up on time, work all day and leave the place immaculate when they are finished. And they finished a day early!I seldom write reviews but this experience was so impressive, I wanted to tell the world: This company is the real deal!

My family just had a top-notch experience with Blooming Siding. Jason Lee delivered an outstanding service from start to finish. He took care of all the HOA documentation and requirements to secure the permit for home improvement application. He is knowledgeable, honest and fair with his pricing. Most especially, his team did an excellent job in enclosing all eaves of my house and even beat the deadline that I got from the insurance company despite their very busy schedule. Thank you! From negotiations to the actual construction, everything was seamless. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
