First things first: if you're considering new siding or an exterior makeover, hire Blooming Siding. From start to finish, they exceeded every expectation.About six months ago, my wife and I decided to replace the exterior of our Studio City home with James Hardie fiber cement siding instead of stucco. We narrowed our search to two companies: Blooming Siding and one of the largest, most well-known James Hardie contractors in Southern California.Jason from Blooming Siding arrived right on time and immediately impressed us. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and never felt like a salesperson. He explained the benefits of fiber cement, answered every question, provided multiple quote options, and gave us a detailed, itemized estimate with zero pressure.The representative from the larger company was also knowledgeable and professional, but their approach was different. They emphasized that they were the "best" and that their pricing reflected that reputation.When the estimates arrived, Blooming's quote was fair, detailed, and transparent. The competing quote, however, was over $65,000 higher for essentially the same project. Even after removing optional upgrades, their basic installation was still more than $40,000 higher than Blooming's complete proposal.Jason patiently walked us through every line of his estimate, answered countless follow-up questions, and never once pressured us. His honesty and sincerity ultimately earned our trust, and we chose Blooming Siding.It turned out to be one of the best decisions we've ever made.Throughout the six-week preparation period, Jason kept us updated. When work began, we met the crewincluding Jason's father, the owner, whose 40+ years of experience were obvious from day one. Every detail mattered. Every board was carefully measured and cut on site, and nothing was accepted unless it was perfect. Jason's brother Joseph was equally knowledgeable, professional, and always available to answer questions.Partway through the project, we decided to add a covered patio. Blooming worked seamlessly with our contractor to ensure everything matched perfectly. Even our contractor repeatedly commented on the exceptional craftsmanship and professionalism of the Blooming team.The finished result exceeded anything we imagined. Five stars for Blooming siding! This outfit really delivers. We had our house fire hardened by enclosing the eaves. From beginning to end, this was the smoothest operation I have EVER experienced from any craft or trade group. This is a family-run organization that checks all the boxes: Polite, friendly, very thorough and reasonably priced.They show up on time, work all day and leave the place immaculate when they are finished. And they finished a day early!I seldom write reviews but this experience was so impressive, I wanted to tell the world: This company is the real deal!

I highly recommend Jason, Steve, Alex & Joseph siding work! They do what they promised and even more. They always ask questions if they are not sure of your preference. They explain what the process is and always ask if you see anything that can be done. They added facia boards since I did not have any on 3 sides of the house. They took down the rain gutters and came back 2 weeks later to reinstall them after I had them painted. Photos are of unpainted concrete boards that covered eaves, new wall siding with concrete boards and flashing on ground to make it water tight. Excellent team!

My family just had a top-notch experience with Blooming Siding. Jason Lee delivered an outstanding service from start to finish. He took care of all the HOA documentation and requirements to secure the permit for home improvement application. He is knowledgeable, honest and fair with his pricing. Most especially, his team did an excellent job in enclosing all eaves of my house and even beat the deadline that I got from the insurance company despite their very busy schedule. Thank you! From negotiations to the actual construction, everything was seamless. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
