We were evaluating options for our wood siding. Jason and his team were thorough and detail oriented in providing us with an estimate for replacing our siding with Hardie board. They provided options to consider and broke the estimate down that helped us make an informed decision. Jason's estimate made clear that other estimates were overlooking key parts of the project. I'm in Altadena, CA and I contacted Blooming Siding last week after searching thumbtack.com. We are repainting the house this week and I wasn't convinced after speaking with our other contractor that the siding could be done, especially on one side of the house where our water purification system is and lots of other obstructions. Jason from Blooming Siding met me I believe on Thursday or Friday last week and explained that their team could do it within my budget and that they could do it before the painters have to start this Friday as soon as there is a break in the rain storm that just hit us. That break happened yesterday and the guys knocked out the entire project literally 30 minutes before it started pouring. We are so happy with their quality work and attention to detail. They even offered and added nice touches on things I hadn't thought about without changing our contract. I couldn't recommend a company more. We are so grateful and more excited about our paint project now!

Excellent communication from day one until the end of project with the owner Jason. He was kind enough to accommodate my project requests. Jason made sure that everything went smooth and I appreciated the constant updates thru text in which I requested as I dislike too many calls from other pushy vendors. The installers were very efficient and were able to complete it in 1.5 days. I feel assured that my home will be protected knowing this type of soffit is fire resistance and would bring the value of the home up significantly. Thank you Jason and his team for taking care of my home and for the excellent job. Thank you as well for considering placing a wooden beam by your dad where I can install my govee Iights without compromising the eaves enclosure material. I hope in the future you will consider including painting the James Hardie panel so its onetime and done but I will post the photo here of the painted one :) I do have a great handy man who will do the job for me and excited how finished it will look like
