Randall and crew built a beautiful, sturdy deck to hold a hot tub on a previously useless sloped area of our yard. Not an easy task, given the steepness of the hill and the wet weight of the tub being over 4000lbs. Highly recommend Randall, he's responsive, professional, held to his budget exactly, and is generally great to work with!

Randall built a custom pergola for us based solely on an image we found online. We found he was easy to work with in terms of deciding on materials and cost. The work was done quicker than anticipated and on budget. The Pergola is a great addition to our backyard and exactly what we wanted. He was very clean and thorough, leaving the jobsite neat and tidy (something I've experienced other contractor do not always do). He and his crew were there on time both days and kept in communication along the way to make sure we got what we wanted. I would recommend him to others without hesitation.

The projects are based on estimated hours and timing. Options for management type will determine quote. For direct hands on repairs (handyman services) we bill at a rate of $75 per hour for one technician and $125 per hour for two techs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working to understand the vision from the client, explaining the stages and options available.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
