- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The projects are based on estimated hours and timing. Options for management type will determine quote. For direct hands on repairs (handyman services) we bill at a rate of $75 per hour for one technician and $125 per hour for two techs.

Working to understand the vision from the client, explaining the stages and options available.
