- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the session. No expensive, long drawn out training programs. 1 or 2 sessions is all you should need to fix any issue you may be having with your dog.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new new customers I require an initial phone consultation to schedule our first training session. I feel it is important that my customers and I are on the same page and they like my style of training.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I stay up on my training by reading, attending conferences and working with mentors.
