- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is fair and based on the size and scope of the project. I focus on small to mid sized residential repairs, so customers are not paying for anything they do not need. Estimates are free, and I explain the work clearly so there are no surprises. My goal is to deliver quality work at an honest price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It usually starts with a quick conversation about the project and what the homeowner needs help with. I then schedule a time to look at the job and provide a free estimate. Once approved, we set a schedule that works for both sides. I handle the work carefully and treat the home with respect. At the end, I make sure everything is completed as discussed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from years of hands on experience. I have been working with tools and home repairs most of my life, and for the past 10 years I have focused specifically on residential handyman work. Over time, I have built strong skills in drywall repair, painting, and general home maintenance through real job experience.
