Great communication throughout the vetting process. He arrived when he said, ready to get to work. He removed our existing TV from its mount above the fireplace, opened box where our new TV was and quickly got that up. He also went above the installation by sticking around to make sure our system was operating the way we wanted. I'd hire him again and am looking into bringing him on board to put up our Xmas lights. The versatility is appreciated.
