Introduction: High Altitude Cleaning Sanitizing, disinfecting and cleaning. Your health and my health are of then utmost concern to me. With the Covid19 virus I am taking many extra precautions. Wearing disposable gloves, booties and masks (upon availability. If you sign up and prepay for 2 cleans, I will provided with your own rags and cleaning products that stay at YOUR home. I ask that you provide mop, broom and decent working vacuum or I will provide at cost to you. Any rags that I use in bathrooms will be new and thrown away after use. Other cleaning rags will be left with you with instructions for cleaning yourself. Founded in 2001. For almost 20 years I have provided prompt and professional service I work anywhere from Pollock Pines to Sacramento. My clients are my family and I treat their homes as if they were mine. From multimillion-dollar properties to tiny vacation cabins, no job is too big or too small.

Hello Alycia, you contacted me about my availability, I responded promptly with several dates that I could clean for you. You booked me with out confirming a date. I asked that you call me to discuss the day/time. Your phone disconnected, I called back and you hung up on me. Then, you called me at 2:30 in the morning and hung up again. I woke up to a 1 start review. Did I miss something?

If time allows, I like to come meet the owner and take a look at the place before starting the job. Face to face and having a good idea of the work needed makes it easier for all parties involved.
