What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Different types of film as well as difficulty of application factor in to the cost. Also, film waste is a factor ~ for instance, if a client has a series of windows which measure 37” x 50” , we can use either 48” material or 60” material... either way, a significant amount of film will wind up on the floor. Please contact me for specific cost inquiries.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Quotes are always free. I enjoy educating clients about the benefits of window film and other products that save energy and make living and working spaces more comfortable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I always have my ear to the ground concerning changes, developments and improvements in my industry. I attend several conferences and meetings with manufacturers every year.
