Dan was a professional from start to finish, handling carpet removal on our staircase, and finding a great match for the flooring color and style we wanted. Dan was amazing! Very prompt and got the job done in no time. We need someone with stairwell experience - he was able to quickly understand what we needed to modify some curve stair steps to make it more angled so that LVP floor installation could be possible. Dan is literally everything you want from a contractor.
Dan is responsive, thoughtful, helpful, flexible, quick, reasonable, and does incredible work. We reached out to a few people for quotes to redo our stairs. Dan was the only person to provide us with a broken down quote, and he did it within a day. We had to make a couple, last minute adjustments due to incomplete information on our end, and he incorporated the additions with no issues, questions, or challenges. He came and got to work right away. He was timely and professional, and it all just felt so easy. In the end, the final product looks amazing and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. We will be asking Dan for anything we need in the future. Thank you Dan for being an amazing worker, and more importantly, person!!
You bring up a great point. If you're shellling out for a major remodel, the least your contractor can do is be transparent about his pricing. Doing business shouldn't be a mystery. Thanks for letting me beautify your space!

Dan did an excellent job remodeling my stair railings. He is well organized, efficient and very knowledgeable. Stair and railing specialists are hard to find since general contractors lack the skill and knowledge to do such work. Dan was a great find.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different so pricing varies widely. I'm a one-man-show, so I can save you thousands compared to the larger companies. Plus, my work is second to none.
The current promotion is a free paint or clear-coat with purchase of an installation. Every install comes with a workmanship warranty.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most communication happens through text so we can nail down your preferences for a smooth experience. I'm available if you have any questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have degrees that get me a coke for a $1.50 but that's about it. However, my education taught me how to think clearly and deal ethically.
More importantly, I have about a decade's worth of experience designing, estimating, fabricating parts, installing and finishing Handrail/Stairs and Millwork.
