- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different so pricing varies widely. I'm a one-man-show, so I can save you thousands compared to the larger companies. Plus, my work is second to none. The current promotion is a free paint or clear-coat with purchase of an installation. Every install comes with a workmanship warranty.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most communication happens through text so we can nail down your preferences for a smooth experience. I'm available if you have any questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have degrees that get me a coke for a $1.50 but that's about it. However, my education taught me how to think clearly and deal ethically. More importantly, I have about a decade's worth of experience designing, estimating, fabricating parts, installing and finishing Handrail/Stairs and Millwork.
