Taylor has a vast knowledge of what I was looking for and she is easy to talk to, very professional and warm at the same time.

Before I met Taylor, I was beginning to feel helpless when it came to my health and diet. That all changed when I began doing sessions with her. She listened to what I was dealing with and then empowered me to change my situation through food and lifestyle changes. Taylor made it feel like I had a teammate in this journey. I saw results almost immediately. If you're trying to decide whether to use her services, stop thinking about it and do it. It's the best decision I made for my life in quite a while.

My experience with Taylor at TD Nutrition was everything I needed in order to get gut health back on track. After going to a restaurant not to be named in LA; I was served spoiled pork and immediately sent to the emergency room where I had to have a Gastroenterologist pump my stomach of everything. After my Gastric Suction, it seemed like my body’s ability to take in nutrients and digest foods had completely changed. Eating became a chore because I either had no appetite or felt I could eat a village. This lead to other issues. Constant weight gain and weight loss. Fatigue. Acne. Loss of sleep and even mood swings. Luckily having met Taylor in college and knowing the career she had set out for, I immediately sought out her help. Feeling more than comfortable with her knowledge in holistic health and knowing she is a Gut Health Specialist, I knew I’d be getting guidance and advice from not only a professional but someone who truly cares about others. Taylor has helped me incorporate new foods and supplements into my life that are easy on my stomach, and simply make me feel good. I especially recommend anyone wanting to learn a thing or two about nutrition to give her podcast “TD Nutrition” a listen. She covers topics from intermittent fasting (and other types of fasting) to anti inflammatory herbs / diet. Taylor is jammed packed with knowledge and experience. I’ll always seek out her help and advice not only with health, but also life.

Taylor has many fantastic qualities, her skills as a nutritionist, gut specialist and health coach are all exceptional, but what makes Taylor excellent is her ability to listen and take your problems seriously. Taylor’s uplifting spirit and story are both so inspiring, and she has a vast well of knowledge in every aspect of nutrition. She will try and try again until she finds the perfect fit for your body, health, and wellness. Taylor is an amazing listener and guide; thanks to her teachings I have a much better relationship with my body.

Numerous times has Taylor successfully walked me through ways to improve my overall nutrition. More specifically and most recently as it pertains to my liver health. I take medication and workout supplements that are taxing to the liver. Taylor has educated me on ways to cleanse, detoxify and maintain a healthy liver/gut. Her recommendations were tailored to my fitness lifestyle. I am confident she can aid you also on your life-journey to a more happy and balanced self. ◡̈

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Initial consultations are free. Every regular session after that is a flat rate per session. If you choose to pay for 6 or more sessions up front I usually offer a discount.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to begin with a new client by meeting for a consultation. This is a quick (free) session where a client can tell me in more detail their health issues, I can go over a health history form with them, and explain more about me and my coaching process. If a client then decides to work with me, from there we set up a standard session.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a BA in psychology, a MS in Health Coaching & Applied Nutrition, and I am a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I also have advanced certification in gut health. In addition, I am an International Board Certified Health Coach.
