- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically charge an $89 diagnostic fee during standard business hours. $199 for emergency services nights and weekends. These fees are waived with any repair work done and paid for. We do not charge without explicit consent from you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you are looking for an estimate on a new system, our design technician will arrive promptly to assess the home and size the system appropriately. At that point we will work on an estimate that fits your specific needs on load, as well as price. These estimates will be presented to you, as well as emailed. Estimates are always free! If you are looking for diagnostic help we can have a technician arrive onsite to help with any issues you may currently be facing. They will assess the system from top to bottom to find, not only the issue at hand, but also work to find what caused the issue. This way, any repairs we perform will hold for significantly longer. Your technician will do their best to explain anything they find to you as they find it. No work is done prior to express consent from you, the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have fully licensed technicians and every one has gone through a thorough background check. Our lean team has a combined 30 years of HVAC experience.
