- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Many contractors offer a low price upfront and then add-on after they start construction. We give you all potential fees up front. No surprises. We also don’t hide costs in the materials fees - many contractors will hide fees in the costs of materials - we provide original receipts for everything we do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are a design and build firm. That means we can help you from the very first step - designing your project and getting it approved with permits when necessary. We take you through the entire process.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Many homeowners think of construction as a technical skill - ie how to do the physical work. Of course that’s important. But the difference between a successful remodel and a years long disaster is about project management. Your contractor has to think ahead, plan ahead. We provide and stick to a detailed construction calendar - that way you stay on time and on budget.
