Hi - My Name is Monica and I'm a Reiki Master Practitioner in the East Bay. I have been practicing Reiki since 2012 and became a Certified Reiki Master Practitioner in 2014 thru HCH Institute in Lafayette, CA. I provide Reiki sessions for Individuals as well as Corporate Wellness. Reiki is an alternative healing modality used all over the world to enhance personal wellness. Reiki can help with physical, mental and emotional wellness and alignment. Reiki is a safe and unique experience that leaves you feeling relaxed and calm. Reiki has helped individuals with - addiction, anxiety, cancer- side effects of chemo/radiation/medications, clarity, family and career balance, focus, migraines, chronic pain management, PTSD, sleep disorders, stress management and more. I had an awesome experience with Monica! I didn't know what to expect as this is my first Reiki healing session and my first with Monica. I felt completely relaxed the entire time she was working on me and noticed that I no longer felt the pain around my tailbone afterwards. Monica also explained to me the entire process and was so patient in answering all my questions. To top it all, she didn't charge me for the extra time, just the actual Reiki session! She also checked on me the next day as to how I was feeling. Monica is just amazing and I actually made an appointment with her again next week which I am so looking forward to.
