I came across Cal Coast Plumbing after seeing their company as "Readers Choice" in the Dublin/Pleasanton Patch. After our experience, I can say that the title is well earned! After having our main line back-up after attempting to put way too many things down the disposal, I instantly knew it would require work well beyond my skills. We called Cal Coast plumbing and spoke with Aaron who scheduled us right away for an appointment less than 24 hours later. Ervin showed up right on time, and had the job done expertly and quickly. He even walked my wife through everything he was doing so we knew what service we were paying for. From initial phone call to a running sink, it was less than 24 hours. Their rates were better than reasonable, up-front, and honest. We recommend Cal Coast to all our friends and neighbors!

Cal Coast makes has reminded me that there are still customer oriented companies out there. We had a major issue with underground plumbing and the plumber went over the pros and cons for each option to fix it. It was my first ever complex home owner issue and I was very nervous when they let me know the full extent of the damage. Everything was told to us up front and what would be entailed. They were extremely efficient with the work and kept me informed throughout the process. Could not have been happier.

What a first class company, Cal Coast Plumbing is! I showered this morning with warm then cold water shock. Water heater died, so I thought. Cal Coast came out and spoke with my wife called the water heater manufacturer. Reset the water heater and we were back in business with hot water. The charge for the service call $0. Thank You Cal Coast! You have my business from now on.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We always advise clients whether we service them or not to make sure that the contractor is licensed and bonded. Then we want to make sure that the contractor is going to fulfill any warrantees or guarantees on his work, and finally that other clients who have used them are happy with their service and that they would use them again. We make sure not only that our own clients love to use us but that they love to refer us to their friends and family as well.
