Discovered some surprise trapped moisture and water damage in our tiny attic so Trevor came out to take a look. Ended up being a much bigger issue but Trevor was up front that it would probably be better fixed with a new roof and didn't charge me for his time and walked me through the issues and the best solutions. If I ever have any other crawlspace or attic issue will definitely call them first!

The Crawlspace Clean team was efficient and did a fine job of eradicating a rodent infestation in a crawlspace under my house and in the attic. They communicated well and replaced attic insulation with the code appropriate fiberglass insulation. The whole team was efficient and quite pleasant to deal with.

I highly recommend them. The whole process was efficient, timely, and effective. There was one minor flaw. They did not let me know that they higher a 3rd party to perform part of the project. No big deal once it got sorted out.

This company is amazing and does thorough, high quality work. They were recommended to us and did not disappoint!
We had them do a thorough cleaning of our crawlspace underneath the home, including deodorizing the entire space and preparing it for an upcoming duct work project.
