FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects the level of quality and detail we bring to each project. We’re not the lowest bid, and we don’t try to be. Our focus is on doing the work correctly the first time; using quality materials, proper installation methods, and taking the time to address underlying issues instead of covering them up. Every project is different, so we provide custom pricing based on scope, materials, and site conditions. We’re transparent about costs and walk clients through exactly what they’re paying for. For clients looking for long-term value, durability, and a clean, well-executed finish, we’re a great fit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is straightforward and designed to keep everything clear from start to finish. We start with a quick conversation to understand the project and what you’re looking to achieve. From there, we schedule an on-site visit to evaluate the space, take measurements, and identify any underlying issues that need to be addressed. After the walkthrough, we put together a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, materials, and pricing. We take the time to walk you through it so you understand exactly what’s included and why. Once approved, we schedule the project, coordinate materials, and keep communication consistent throughout the job so you always know what’s happening next. During construction, we focus on quality, cleanliness, and staying on schedule. At completion, we do a final walkthrough to make sure everything meets expectations. Our goal is to make the entire process smooth, transparent, and stress-free while delivering a finished product that lasts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We take training seriously across all areas of our work. Our crews go through ongoing, hands-on training on a weekly basis, focused on each specialty we offer; including siding systems, framing, waterproofing, and exterior finishes. This keeps everyone up to date on best practices, proper installation methods, and product-specific requirements. We also stay aligned with manufacturer guidelines (such as James Hardie) and current building standards to make sure every project is installed correctly and built to last. For us, training isn’t a one-time thing; it’s continuous. That’s how we maintain consistency, quality, and attention to detail across every project.
