- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer two tiers of service to accommodate a range of budgets. Our "Bisou" collection offers a range of a la carte flowers, ranging from centerpieces to bouquets and boutonnieres. Our higher end service, known as "Bespoke" caters to clients looking for more customized florals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To best understand your vision, we always start out with a short phone consultation to go over your floral wish list. From there, I'll put together a detailed visual proposal to review. If adjustments are needed, we'll work together and communicate back & forth via email until you are ready to confirm your order.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the floral industry for over 10 years and prior to that was an artist in other mediums. I have a keen eye for designing, blending colors, and creating one-of-a-kind florals to tell you story.
