- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It’s all relative, I don’t pride myself on being cheap, is the only thing you want me to think about the whole time I’m on the job is “how fast can I get out of here”
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Taking time, asking questions and giving my best input I can because the customer is the only one who knows what they want my only job is to navigate them through the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Honestly? No formal education needed no training just hands on. I was 22 running a crew and the entire business of the refinishing company I worked for. Currently 46 years old.
