We had our first practice and player assessment with Coach Chris today, and it was a great experience. My teenage son is getting back into the sport after taking some time off, and Coach Chris struck the perfect balance of focus, discipline, and coolness that really connected with him. He took the time to work on fundamentals and gave clear, patient feedback throughout the session. You can tell he knows how to meet players where they’re at and bring out their best. We’re really looking forward to continuing to work with him!

Get an idea of the goals and what they want to workout, get a journal and show what we will work on so i can keep the client accountable and so they can see there progress

Been training part time since college, and been play basketball over 20 years

I love basketball and its been a major part of my life since a kid. Want to continue to play and now start giving back what i learned over the years of playing.
