FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the type of installation, number of items, and overall complexity of the project. I provide clear, upfront pricing after reviewing the details of your request, and most residential installations are priced as a flat rate rather than hourly. Discounts may be available for multiple installations completed during the same visit. There is no charge for travel within my service area. Any additional work outside the original scope is always discussed and approved in advance. Most installations are completed in one visit, and pricing is confirmed before the appointment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by reviewing the details of your request and asking a few quick questions if needed to fully understand the installation. Once the scope is clear, I provide upfront pricing and confirm availability. On the day of the appointment, I arrive on time, complete the installation carefully and securely, and make sure everything is working properly before finishing the job. Any additional requests are always discussed and approved before moving forward to ensure there are no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience installing a wide range of residential systems and equipment, including smart home devices, home safety hardware, and fitness equipment. My training comes from years of practical, on-the-job experience, manufacturer installation guidelines, and staying up to date with best practices for secure and safe installations. I focus on doing each installation correctly, following instructions carefully, and ensuring everything functions properly and safely in the home.
