He explaned why our old heater had failed, showed us the rust inside, and gave us a couple of options for replacement without pushing us one way or the other. Once we decided, he worked steady to remove the old unit and put in the new one. What I really liked was how careful he was about keeping the area clean he wore shoe covers and even put down mats so no dirt was tracked inside. After hooking up the new water heater, he tested it several times and even gave me tips for making it last longer. The water now heats up fast and stays hot, which is such a relief after weeks of issues. The whole process felt honest, fair, and professional.
