Top horses and instruction. I've been to several 'riding academies' around the Bay and this one is top tier. Other places have horses who are overworked and barely want to trot. It is obvious the horses here are treated well, responsive off the leg, and eager to work. Karen is a very kind and educated teacher. She's the one who taught me how to rise on the right diagonal and how to keep a bend in my horse when circling using different inside and outside rein aids!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have monthly discounted packages available if you book weekly or semi weekly lessons.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are always excited to welcome new customers. A few things to note: It can get hot, please bring water! Wear comfortable clothing, stretchy pants (everyone should have these during COVID lol!) ie yoga pants, tights etc are all good options. Long(er) socks are good too so that no skin is exposed. Shoes with small heels are ideal (ie boots) for safety reasons. Helmets are paramount for safety, if you don't have your own, we will provide you with one. Carrots and apples are always a very welcome treat for your training partner/horse!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the United States Equestrian Federation. I have represented my country, South Africa in international competitions and have qualified for the FEI World Cup Jumping Finals in 2002.
