Introduction: Train Smart - Get Strong - Build Stamina Due to the pandemic training is highly recommended to be conducted outdoors while also adhering to current CDC guidelines. Therefore, you can be sure that the use of mask, keeping safe distance (10+ ft), and the use of sanitized equipment is maintained at all times. Start the conversation now! The rates are as low as $65 for one training session (up to 2 people)- in and around the Redwood City- Palo Alto area. Individual and couples/buddy training. My rates don't change when you add your significant other or a friend (up to two clients maximum) to keep you motivated and the workouts fun and challenging! Also, please check your email or thumbtack app for responses from me. The app doesn’t automatically share your email or phone number with me. No gimmicks and no games but good old fashioned, yet effective training. Clients train at client's home or apartment's gym, or in the big outdoors. Related experience includes 20+ years of running and triathlon training at the elite level, collegiate cross country and track and field coaching, PhysEd teaching at the collegiate level, academic studies in performance training, and further hands-on experience in fitness and wellness in the private and not-for-profit sector. People I can help: -People looking to lose weight -Men, women, young, or not so young -Those who wish to become active, or remain active -Those who want to avoid the dreaded plateau -Beginner and more experienced runners -Beginner or experienced triathletes Pricing is valid for up to two individuals (couples, partners, friends) I don't charge you more to train with someone who will eventually motivate you to stay with the program. Stated pricing is for in-person training and based on local training sessions in our within close proximity of 94061 and 94020 zip codes. Online training plans are the cost of one workout per week. Package rates apply much like above and can be combined with in-person training. Free initial phone consultation. Text me to set-up a convenient time that works for both of us. There's also an option for an initial discounted in-person assessment, consultation, and demo workout for $40. This is a one-time fee and this session should take around 60-70 minutes. However, to honor your commitment, if you purchase a package then the initial paid workout will give you an extra workout for free. Commit long-term, get 1 workout for free (plus workout for free on your birthday). I welcome clients from outside of the immediate vicinity of Redwood City, San Carlos, Atherton, Menlo Park, and Palo Alto area. In this case I kindly ask you to ask for rates, though, as additional fees may incur if I need to travel to your location. Travel and other fees (parking, toll etc.) will be added if driving time/distance is substantially longer.

Daniel has been great to work with. I had been extremely active (road cycling, pilates, HIIT workouts) and tore my right achilles playing basketball. Being unable to drive, I needed to workout at home and Daniel has helped me come up with good workouts to stay for during my recovery. I also think he is a great value for in home personal training.

Both my husband and I have recently started training with Daniel and we absolutely love it! Daniel is punctual and very responsive and he genuinely wants you to do better. He is great in splitting his time between my husband and myself and we both get a good deal of personal attention from him in learning about the right posture, exercise types and more.
