I had a pool emergency! Grandkids were in town. Pool is the highest priority. Filter pump losing its prime and no heat. Portfolio responded immediately fixing multiple problems within hours. Incredible. Saved the kids vacation. Could not have had a better experience! Thanks Dan and team.

Highly recommended. We needed a valve replaced under the pool deck, requiring both plumbing and concrete excavation. Dan has high standards and his work is first rate. Hes also a great communicator, reliable, and friendly. He made sure we were 100% satisfied. We would be happy to use Portfolio Pools again for future pool work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project/job is unique and impossible to provide set pricing. We do however offer senior 65 and over, military past or present, first responder and teacher discounts of 5% off.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
initial meeting and discuss scope of work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been an industry professional for over 30years, and have and have beem featured in industry publications, TV HGTV, Travel Channel and in the Wall Street Journal. When there is a a structural issue or some type of unexplained issues I'm the guy who is typically called upon to figure it out.
