Wow. What can I say? Jeffrey Morey is not only a great plumber (very professional, explained everything), but an awesome person!
We had only been living in our new house for 3 days when the sewer line backed up into the 1st floor bathroom. Of course, the home warranty didn't cover that. The first estimate I got from Roto-rooter was outrageous! I spent all of the extra money I had, after buying the house, on furniture.
Someone told me about Thumbtack, and I decided to give it a try. Well, I'm so glad. The first respondent was Jeffrey, he came first thing in the morning to look at the problem. His estimate knocked my socks off. I had to wait until I had the money, but when I was ready, he was there right away.
The problem was worse than we thought, we were really worried that it would be bigger than we could afford. Jeffrey knew this and seemed to determined to do it for the estimated price. And boy did he come through! He and his very nice work partner Miguel worked two days (twice the time we thought) and only charged me slightly more.
I was sorry I bought this house for a little while, but now I'm back to LOVING our new home. Thank you so much to Jeffrey and Miguel for giving me my smile back.
I just want to emphasize how kind and patient they were with me. I'm 52 years old and never hired a contractor of any kind before. I will call Jeffrey soon to fix some other problems I'm having (when we can afford it).
I highly recommend Jeffrey Morey Service's. He will do an awesome job, and you will be very pleased.
P.S. (I don't know if he's married, but my sister thought he was very handsome, just saying😀)
