About
As a female martial arts instructor, I am often more approachable than my male counterparts. I love watching people tap into their power as martial artists and individuals.

Our youth nonprofit organization requested a self-defense class from Dawn and it was amazing! Dawn was extremely professional and she was able to teach an effective lesson to 25 middle and high school students. She had high expectations for everyone and taught everyone very useful techniques. She was extremely patient with the students and very hands-on. In fact, Dawn personalized her lesson, catered it to our youth, and sent it to me ahead of time. In fact, she came a week before the lesson to see the space and plan ahead. In short, we highly recommend her coaching session! We look forward to working with her again.

Dawn taught tactics for self defense and did a great job. She was interactive and informative, easy-going and effective at what she taught.

I trained with Dawn for about 5 years on may way to a TKD black belt and beyond. She's absolutely committed to helping everyone around her achieve their best, overcome obstacles, push themselves to grow, and build long-lasting bonds of camaraderie.

I started TKD under Master Dawn Sardinas, and thought she was an excellent instructor; she was knowledgeable but not intimidating, took time to explain things and was always approachable, made things fun.
