When I initially reached out to Carl I thought I had a simple outlet replacement issue. As a female it’s not uncommon to feel like you’re going to be swindled since fixing things is not always our forte, as in the case of myself. When Carl told me it was not going to be a simple outlet replacement I immediately thought, “Here we go.”

However Carl didn’t charge me the $100 he quoted me for the initial assessment. He came back with help and both spent SEVEN hours to resolve the problem. In the end I felt like I had been undercharged for all their extra time and effort to ensure I had a safe and viable outcome. I only had an extra $100 to give but would have given and additional $100 had I had it.

Being able to trust someone I let into my home is a big thing for me. And being able to receive quality work at a reasonable price is the other big thing. I’m currently working on fixing up my fixer-upper and hope to use Carl for all my future electrical projects.

Talk about service and professional! Was able to diagnose and fix our problem. We had 4 plugs in the kitchen not working on one wall and it was up in the attic ! He fixed everything and added our new plugs , I am extremely happy and Carl was affordable as well

Carl was very professional, showed up on time, and performed his work with excellence. When he showed up to our house to provide an estimate he said, “If it were my house ...”, which indicated to me that he was putting himself in my shoes rather than thinking about what he could get out of the job.
