Scheduled an appointment same day. Talked to him around 8:30am. Then we scheduled something to meet at 11am. No one showed at 11am. Called around 11:10am. He then said he was coming from Ramona and it would take him another hour or so. Then mentioned coming Monday. What’s the point for scheduling an appointment without committing to it? I told him never mind and that I wouldn’t need his services. If you can’t even show up on the first appointment what would make customers think you’re even a reliable business?
