- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the needs of my clients and what is entitled for their serve. Not all serves are always the same.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The client contacts me with the request to serve a individual, group or business. We chat about prices and time frame of the serve. I preform the desired serve. Then the client or myself will file the proof of service with the court. Then I provide a bill for the services provided.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed and bonded process server in San Diego county.
