What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Service begins at $120 per month and can go up to $140 per month for weekly service. depending on pool, equipment and whether the pool has a vacuum or not. thank you
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with them and inspect pool and equipment before agreeing on service. This is so I can quote a fair price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I built my pool 15 years ago and have also maintained my pool. I also went through an extensive training period with a pro who has maintained pools for 20 years.
