James Laan helped us redesign our front yard using native and drought tolerant species to replace the grass. The final product looked absolutely beautiful, and he was very responsive to my questions. Only thing to be done differently is to be sure to kill all the grass first, as it is growing through the mulch and needs treatment.

James and his crew did an absolutely awesome job removing a large tree from our yard that had started to fall apart. It was a significant job and completed quickly. His price was competitive, he was responsive to the inquiry, took the time to assess what needed to be done before making a recommendation and quoting the work, and cleaned everything up when the work was complete. Truly a professional job. Would recommend without reservation and I'm sure we'll be doing more business with LTC in the future.

LTC really knows a lot about trees and their care. James arrived at my home and immediately identified our trees and gave insights on keeping them healthy. He also let me know if a particular service was unnecessary/a waste of time and money instead of just simply going along or attempting to upsell to make a quick dollar. We contracted him on a Monday or Tuesday and by the next Monday, the tree was down and all debris removed befor I even got home from work. Had I not known the tree had previously been there, I never would have known he was there. Highly recommend and will be using LTC again in the near future.

I had an excellent experience with James Laan and his tree care team! They vertical-pruned three huge Ficus trees away from my roof yet kept them looking natural, and also trimmed three tall Queen Palms. They arrived when scheduled, communicated well from start to finish, and cleaned up completely afterward. I will definitely use Laan's tree care for all my tree pruning needs from now on!
