Turns out I was covered by the CO. That installed my Water Heater fir the repairs I was seeking, so I did not need to have this company do the work. However I am leaving a good review because the initial customer service was professional and they were quick about getting back to me. I will keep them in mind for future plumbing needs.

Made appt for 9am thru Thumbstack for a clogged kitchen sink the next morning and took a half day off work for it. Was contacted the next morning saying they work on "flex" scheduling and my appt. time was not at 9am and they would contact me when they were on the way. By 11am I had heard nothing so I called them a little frustrated. Then they got someone on the way. Igor arrived about 1130am and was great. Just wish the process had been better.

The work done on our two shower replacements was fantastic and done during winter storms with their truck stuck in snow at least once, The product is great and less costly than tile. It is a dream that we waited to com true for over 23 years. We are retired with limited funds. The financing was at zero percent! These guys are great! The workmen were prompt and highly skilled and coatomer friendly. They never took the usual short cuts, They fixed everything and made it to last.

BEWARE of this company! They cannot deliver on even the most basic of plumbing needs. Our garbage disposal broke and was leaking everywhere. They were suppose to install a new disposal and drill a hole in our granite countertop to install a water filter facet we already have. I gave the model number of the new garbage disposal we wanted and the size of the drill bit needed for the new facet. They replied in the app that they would be able to supply the new garbage disposal and install it during their visit, and that they had the correct drill bit to install the facet. When the technician arrived, he did not have the garbage disposal nor did he have the drill bit! He didn't even know anything about either of them. AND he drove an hour to get to me (I was led to believe they were in my area). I was promised a call by a manager, but after 24 hrs I never even got that.

Hi Aaron, we are sorry about your experience with our service. There was some confusion during your messaging conversation with the office, when you said you originally were going to look for the garbage disposal yourself then later said to bring one. The information was not relayed in the system properly and our technician thought you were supplying the garbage disposal. We are sorry, mistakes do happen. We did try to reach out to you to apologize and try to rectify the mistake as best we could. There was no money paid for any of this, and our goal is not to have miscommunication mistakes like this happen. The reality is, that sometimes they do, as we are all human. The manager did reach out to you the very next day to offer correcting our mistake and coming out again with the correct part, but unfortunately your mind is made up after that mistake. We thank you for bringing this to our attention so we can correct this type of situation moving forward. We wish you all the best with your future plumbing needs.
