Was on time, professional and did a great job of fixing the issue. They tried to make a small project become a big one to replace the whole water heater then sell the membership which was the part I personally don’t like but it was somewhat understandable.

Overall satisfactory except price seemed really high. They did upsell us a new unit but ours was almost 25 years old Not use to today’s prices I guess. They did help us work out financing. Very responsive. Done in three days during big heat wave. Polite people to work with.
