- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We constantly have monthly specials and love to bring our new clients in at discounted rates. For example, $99 for 1st time facial clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do an in depth consult to begin our treatment. At home skincare is reviewed and discussed, in addition to their goals and concerns. After treatment, we customize the ideal plan to realistically create a skincare plan that will fit their budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Began in college and continued with esthetic academy. Now I have taken it upon myself to do quarterly seminars to stay fresh with the trends and medical advances.
