FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide upfront, transparent pricing before any work begins—no surprise fees. Most standard drain clearing and fixture repairs follow a transparent flat-rate structure. For complex scopes (e.g., main sewer line blockages, whole-house repiping, or water heater replacements), we perform an on-site mechanical inspection and provide a detailed written estimate. All quotes cover code-compliant labor, professional-grade materials, and warranty backing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Assessment: We review your issue, diagnose the root cause, and discuss available solutions. Upfront Estimate: You receive a clear, itemized quote detailing the scope of work. Execution: Once approved, we complete the installation or repair adhering strictly to the California Plumbing Code (CPC). Quality Inspection & Clean-up: We pressure-test/drain-test the system, clean the work area thoroughly, and walk you through the completed job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
