Raul was awesome, the guy came right in and got started, ensuring all the parts were in order and asked questions to make sure that every aspect of the iob ensured customer satisfaction. I explained to him my reservations about installing a fan myself and this man took extra time to basically run through detailed instructions every step of the way on how-to do and what not to do. Now granted I could have walked away and let him work as most people don’t like teaching another how to take away potential future income. He didn’t give it a second thought, and really made me feel apart of the process teaching me how to do it myself in the future. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
