I had an incredible experience with Universal Appliance Service Inc. when Igor came to fix my Thermador refrigerator. He arrived on time, was extremely professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue. Impressively, he was able to order the necessary parts the same day and returned the following day to complete the repair. As a single woman, it can be daunting to call a new repair service, but Igor made me feel completely at ease. He was not only kind and respectful but also offered fair pricing.
