We had an electrical outage in the kitchen area (including Refrigerator) on Sunday evening, and All Star Services / Pros responded immediately to my outreach message. Said they were available to come out and showed up within 30 minutes in our Palm Desert community, wow! They diagnosed our issue immediately (GFIC related in electrical box), and then restored power within a few minutes. They diagnosed a wiring issue that needs to be corrected eventually with one of our GFI switches in the home, and were willing to fix it while onsite. I am going to schedule them to come out again to fix the issue, and will add a few other jobs since they mentioned they can handle quite a variety of work (plumbing, caulking, etc). Thank again to the two gentlemen that came out, they were professional and personable, and we were thrilled to get our electricity restored so last minute on a Sunday evening. I highly recommend these guys for your household needs including electrical work! See you again soon!
