- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer clear, hourly rates with built-in discounts for larger packages. Single Organizer: $50/hour (Standard hourly rate) Single Organizer Bulk Package (10+ hours): $45/hour Two Organizers (For larger or faster jobs): $75/hour Two Organizers Bulk Package (10+ hours): $70/hour (Organizing baskets/systems are not included in this price. Suggestions for organizing systems will be sent to the client if needed based on their budget.) To secure your scheduled session, a 50% deposit based on your initial project estimate is required to hold the appointment. The remaining balance is simply due upon the successful completion of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to be smooth, collaborative, and entirely stress-free: Initial Discovery Call: We start with a friendly phone conversation to discuss your specific needs, your home's pain points, and your lifestyle goals. Photo Review & Estimate: I will ask you to share a few photos of the spaces you want to tackle. From there, I will provide an estimated range of hours for the project. Because every home has unique, hidden elements (like packed drawers or items tucked behind deep closets), this range accounts for unknown variables. Scheduling & Deposit: Once we agree on the plan, we will choose a day that fits perfectly into your schedule. We collect a 50% deposit to lock in your date. Transformation Day: We arrive ready to work! The final balance is due once the project is finished and you love your newly settled space.
