We are FAA Certified Commercial Aerial Pilots and talented Real Estate Photographers and Videographers. We use a multiple of professional cameras and equipment including state of the art drones (DJI Mavic 4 Professional) with 100 megapixels for aerial views, a DJI Avanta 2 for interior cinematic fly throughs, 3d surround interior pictures, and an HC-VX3 Panasonic Camcorder with sound for tailored video home inspections. We advise homeowners and real estate agents how best to prepare a residence for a perfect shoot and honor our appointments on a timely basis. Prompt turnaround of the electronic media to the client is assured and the pictures are edited when required to conform to the local board of realtors listing sites. In addition to real estate we handle events, weddings, life celebrations, as well as resort and golf course property shoots. We handle commercial and industrial inspections including roofs, utilities, cell towers and bridges as well. We can also handle LIDAR, RFK, THERMAL and specialty drone applications for surveying, building progress and agriculture. We are members of the California Desert Association of Realtors, Rancho Mirage Chamber of Commerce, the Academy of Model Aeronautics, the Roofing Contractors Association of Southern California and the California Land Surveyors Association. We are also proud members of the Professional Photographers Association (PPA).
