We started talking about a kitchen and bathroom remodel in May. Getting our general contractor in to just give us a bid and then getting it took weeks. Then we were nervous about the bid, because we were concerned about it not being the true cost we needed to budget for. Additionally, we had time constraints, we needed the kitchen fully done by Halloween as we were expecting a baby in early November. With the clock ticking, we started shopping around and called IMD home design. Tony was assigned to us and he came over just a couple of days after my initial call. I got a proposal the very next day. It was comprehensive, included all the details and cost for each item, all of my options and their costs. What I particularly loved was, 1: it was competitive price wise. 2: all inclusive package. Meaning I only had to work with Tony and no one else to make my kitchen&bathroom happen. When you're talking about remodeling your kitchen in times of covid and have a set deadline because you're 6 months pregnant, these things matter. I still had to get certain things, obviously, choosing colors, selecting and procuring backsplash tile, hardware, the new sink and the appliances. Everything else I didn't have to worry about. It was awesome to not have to worry about coordinating the teams and timelines. We got started August, and finished about 5 and a half weeks later. From demo to brand new kitchen AND bathroom. The work was done quickly and well and the house is rejuvenated. Tony was very responsive to my messages, communicated promptly and timely, and worked with us to make sure we were happy with the finished space and the quality of the work. We're so thankful that in these times where something like this could have been pushed to 2022 due to covid complications we were able to find IMD to complete the project drama free, on time, and on budget. Would 100% do it again. I'll for sure call them back if we need additional work. For now, we enjoy our brand new house and thank Tony for all his hard work in helping us re-design and coordinating all the work.

Last year we worked with another contractor that will remain unnamed for our bathroom remodel and needless to say my wife and I were very unhappy with the outcome of the project. We met with Tony to take a look at our bathroom and he came with suggestions to improve the look. We discussed the value, the price range/duration of project and how payment would work. The estimate wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive. We spent more then we would like for the project, however my wife and I now love our bathroom! They took their time to make sure everything was done correctly and they cleaned after themselves at the end of the day. After we saved up some more Tony and his team will definitely come back for our kitchen!

I am so happy I found Tony and Guy from IMD. I met with quite a few contractors. They did not meet my expectations and I was about to give up. Then I had Tony over for an estimate for a new addition to my home and a kitchen remodeling. These guys are on a different level. Very knowledgeable, professionals and good people. I finalized with them four months ago and as they promised they finished all the work last week! I was surprised to see that they gave me weekly updates and followed a timeline very strictly. I love the work done and highly recommend to all!

I did a full kitchen reno and I couldn't be happier with the results and the process. Guy was my main point of contact and Tony was my main contractor. Tony was very communicative, worked with getting me the best results for my budget, and was always available for questions or advice. They kept everything very clean and my floors protected. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer very transparent and competitive pricing through the use of in-house crews.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is for us to meet with you! Our project manager will survey the site, answer any questions you may have, and make suggestions to help guide you on what your city may require to receive approval for a given project. Once we have collected all of the information, we create a quote for you that'll be honored for 30 days (due to COVID-19 related rough material price fluctuation). For smaller projects, we could typically quote our homeowner's on the spot but for larger scale projects expect a 24-48 hour turnaround time for a detailed proposal. Should you decide to move forward with us, we will activate our crews and get to work!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Between the company owner and our head project manger there is a combined 60+ years of industry experience. We have seen it all, worked through it all, and know what to do when facing issues related to permitting, production, and planning.
