We had a great experience with this HVAC company. What started as a small issue-a leak in our ceiling that we thought was just a simple vinyl tube replacement-said was a bigger problem. They took the time to thoroughly inspect everything and explained that the system needed proper PVC piping and ultimately a new AC unit.
Despite the unexpected incident, they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They were extremely responsive (the quickest company to get back to me), answered all of my questions, and explained what needed to be done and why.

Having been in the need of a new AC Condenser, I contacted Tytum to see what options they would propose. I mentioned a heat pump given that I also have solar panels. Within 24 hours, I got an estimate with 2 options. Once my choice was made, we agreed on an installation date within a few days, and the team arrived as planned around 8am to start the job. The installation team was focused and worked without breaks throughout the day. Unfortunately, they realized too late that my system had 2 zones, but they were able to correct this the very next day. The Carrier system that was installed works perfectly now, and I can't wait to test the heating option during the winter months. I have a 2100sqft 2 story home- 4Tons Carrier heatpump system.
