- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every situation is different. All remediation work must be estimated on site.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I constantly perform continuing education classes and belong to multiple cleaning and restoration clubs. I attend at least two classes a month. There are many different situations in this business and knowledge is essential in performing our best work.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We do a lot of mold remediation and water mitigation work. We also perform a good amount of smoke, fire, and odor restoration work, too.
