- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we are the top quality provider among roofers in SoCal. We will not be the low bidder, but you get what you pay for, as always. With us you get a lifetime warranty (current owner - transfers as a 15 year warranty to next owner).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
individual consultation over the phone and in person, contract negotiation with clear scope definition. $1,000 down at signature, then scheduling work, obtaining permit and execution with inspection follow up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Quality Engineer, Roofer, Electrician, Solar expert.
