This is currently a horrible experience for me. I contacted Rajiv and met with him in person to discuss my documents that needed to be sent out he had promised a speedy service and his price for it was also pretty steep so I had assumed he would have completed the job quickly given that i paid him $1500 Upfront and he still to this day DID NOT EVEN SEND THE APPLICATION TO GET THE PETITION STARTED. ITS BEEN ALREADY 4 MONTHS AND THEY HAVENT EVEN SEND OUT THE APPLICATION. I am sincerely hoping that these guys are not charlatans and wont do away with my money, email responses are slow too and give no info on when theyre going to the job. Rajiv had personally told me that in 6 months after filing the application were supposed to get a response from the government but guess what its been 4 months and the docs havent even been Sent out which means that i lost 4 months for nothing on average they take 3 days to respond to respond too...

WE have filed all necessary documents for the Client and are in constant contact. We are not in control of the speed at which the federal government works at. We filed a complete and proper petition and just waiting on a response from the government. WE call at least once per week to check on status. This firm foes not take money from Clients and do nothing. We are very professional, attentive, and get results.

We have standard flat fee pricing for various legal matters. When we know what type of service you are seeking, we can quote a price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with our clients to first understand their situation and answer any questions our clients may have and get answers to any questions we may have from our clients. We go over the fees and prepare a written agreement on fees signed by us so our clients know what exactly they are paying for and what services they are paying for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed Attorney at Law in the State of California. Graduated law school in 2003 from the University of San Diego and obtained a Juris Doctorate. Graduated from the University of California, Irvine in 1999 with Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Political Science.
