- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's not complicated, but depends on length of show desired, whether travel is necessary, and whether any extras are desired: balloon hats, goody bags, souvenirs, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly reading magic magazines, reviews of new tricks and illusions, and studying the work of other magicians. It is a field where you must keep growing and improving. Magic workshops and conventions are also important, as well as a lot of fun.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I went to a magic show when I was a teenager, and saw several of the "greats" perform their illusions. I knew it was what I wanted to do with my life, and magic has been very rewarding for me.
